The KeepCup Gift Voucher is able to be redeemed for the purchase of a KeepCup (any available colour, any size and inclusive of standard shipping) via the KeepCup website www.keepcup.com . One Voucher is equal to one KeepCup (any available colour, any size & inclusive of standard shipping) and is not redeemable to a specific amount of money.

Buying a Gift voucher

You can buy a KeepCup Gift Voucher in the following currencies; Australian dollar (AUD), New Zealand dollar (NZD), US dollar (USD), Canadian dollar (CAD), British pounds (GBP), Euros (EUR) or Japanese yen (JPY).

• The region selector will automatically advise of the cost of the KeepCup Gift Voucher in your currency.
• Add the recipient's name, email address and a personal message (optional). You can preview the Gift Voucher prior to sending.
• The KeepCup Gift Voucher will be emailed to the recipient and a delivery receipt will be emailed to you

How to Redeem a Gift voucher

Make your selection by adding your desired KeepCup to your cart, the Gift Voucher is redeemed on the payment page when making your purchase. Your Gift Voucher amount will then be automatically deducted as payment on your next order.

Please note:

• When redeeming Vouchers, additional items or services may be added. The balance must be paid using another payment method accepted by the KeepCup website.
• The Voucher will be automatically applied to the most expensive KeepCup and freight in the cart.
• If express shipping and/or more than one KeepCup is added to the cart the cost of shipping will be calculated as follows; cost to ship total order less cost to ship one KeepCup standard shipping.
• Your Gift Voucher is valid for a period of 12 months.

Delivery

• A KeepCup Gift Voucher will be emailed to the recipient
• A delivery notification will be emailed to you for your reference
• The KeepCup Gift will arrive as soon as we have processed your order and taken payment

Returns

• Gift Vouchers cannot be returned or exchanged for cash
• All returned items that were paid for with a Gift Voucher will be refunded as a store credit for you to use against a future purchase
• To return an item that you have purchased with a gift Voucher, see our Product Care and Returns Policy.
• Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash
• All returned items that were paid for with a gift card will be refunded as a store credit for you to use against a future purchase
• If you return an item paid by both gift card and credit card, you will be refunded on your credit card up to the amount of your initial card payment and the remaining amount will be refunded as store credit
