If you wish to return an item, please note that the goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received at checkout.
If you do not have a copy of the receipt the goods may be returned for an exchange only.
Change of mind
We only exchange items and do not refund, so please take care with your selection and refer to the size and colour guides before finalising your choice.
We can only exchange items that have been unused in a resaleable condition within 7 days of receipt of goods, for example:
the original instruction brochure is still attached;
the item is in its original packaging (if any); and
the item is unworn, unused and as sold; and
Please include your contact details, including the order number, name, email address and phone number, with your goods.
Credit Card Refunds
We do not retain credit card information. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we cannot influence this.
You must request a return within seven days of receiving your order. You should return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving delivery return details.
If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.
At our discretion KeepCup may request the goods to be returned or an image of the defective product emailed to email@example.com.

All items are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive a KeepCup that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.Back to top
