Returns Policy
If you want to return an item, please note that the goods must be accompanied by the official receipt/tax invoice you received at checkout.
If you do not have a copy of the receipt the goods may be returned for an exchange only.
At our discretion KeepCup may request the goods to be returned by the customer or an image of the defective product emailed to customerservice@keepcup.com.au.
You may return the KeepCups to the KeepCup Distribution Centre, 156 Westgarth Street Fitzroy VICTORIA 3065 or by contacting us for the nearest international distribution centre.
Please include your contact details, including the order number, name, email address and phone number, with your goods.
Please also include a receipt for the postage paid to enable a refund of these costs. KeepCup will pay the return postage costs.
If you are able to provide satisfactory proof of purchase, KeepCup will happily provide you with an exchange, refund or repair as outlined below.
If you have simply changed your mind, KeepCup will be pleased to offer you a refund or exchange provided:
- the item is in resaleable condition for example:
- the original instruction brochure is still attached;
- the item is in its original packaging (if any); and
- the item is unworn, unused and as sold; and
- the item does not fall within any of the special exceptions below.
If you wish to return an item that you believe is faulty, it may be necessary for the item to be returned to the manufacturer for assessment to determine whether or not you are entitled to an exchange, refund or repair.

Credit Card Refunds
We do not retain credit card information so your refund will be processed. Please note card refunds may take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, depending on their processing time. This can vary greatly between card issuers, and unfortunately we are unable to influence this.
Late Returns
A return must be requested within seven days of receiving your order. You should then return your item(s) within 14 days of receiving delivery return details. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of KeepCup and may only be refunded as a store credit.
Our Policy
Items should be returned new, unused, and with instructions and original packaging. Returns that are used, damaged, soiled or altered may not be accepted.
Faulty Goods
All products are quality controlled and checked for any faults before they are dispatched to customers. Should you receive a KeepCup that is not in perfect condition please contact us immediately.
Please send all items you wish to return from an order in the same shipment to ensure your return is processed as quickly as possible.
Items should be returned in their original packaging to ensure they are adequately protected in transit.
Gift boxes should also be protected as they are considered part of the product, and your return may not be accepted if the box is damaged.
